If being healthier and happier is on your 2026 resolution list, then you won’t want to miss this incredible event. (And if it’s not a New Year’s resolution – then it very well should be!)
An eclectic array of health, fitness and wellbeing practitioners will unite in March to deliver one of the best wellness events in Gippsland.
The 2026 Gippsland Wellness Expo in Morwell is expected to be the biggest one yet, having grown immensely since it’s humble beginnings at the Traralgon VRI Hall in 2023.
Now held at the idyllic lakeside location of Morwell’s Kernot Hall, the Gippsland Wellness Expo is the perfect place for guests to explore, discover and learn about what the region has on offer.
More than 70 businesses from across Latrobe were on show last year, with even more stalls, seminars and food options expected this March.
Expo Co- President Olivia Skinner from Sacred Wise said the event offered a great opportunity to gather health, fitness and wellbeing professionals from across the region to not only celebrate the fantastic work being done, but to connect the community with services that they may not have known were available to them.
Last year’s event brought together everything from birthing classes and holistic therapy to fitness and vitamin IV therapy. Expert practitioners shared their knowledge with Gippslanders hungry for information on the latest innovations in the health sphere.
Committee member Jenni Douglas said this year’s stallholders will also span the breadth of the holistic health spectrum – from gyms and martial arts to natural products, reiki and other therapies.
‘We have a cap on the number of stalls in each category, so there’s always a great variety of businesses to explore,’ Jenni said.
‘The Gippsland Wellness Expo showcases a curated selection of the region’s innovative, passionate health and wellbeing professionals, to bring the community together in a collaborative discussion about and exploration physical, mental and spiritual fitness.’
Expo visitors will not only have the opportunity to speak to stall holders, but they will also be able to access a full schedule of seminars each day of the expo for no additional cost. There will be also a huge range of fresh, local, delicious food and drink vans on offer, entertaining displays of fitness and strength, and even face painting for the young and the young at heart.
