After the success of previous SPARKLE retreats, SPARKLE Gippsland is excited to announce the next chapter of its one-day women’s wellbeing experience, with tickets now officially on sale.
Created for women who are looking for a day to pause, reconnect and invest in themselves, SPARKLE brings together wellbeing, movement, connection, creativity and a little bit of magic — all in the beautiful Gippsland countryside.
The next SPARKLE retreat will be held at Mewburn Park, near Maffra, transforming the property into a welcoming space where women can step away from the everyday and spend a full day focusing on themselves.
“We created SPARKLE because we wanted to give women permission to stop for a moment,” says founder Julia Vardy.
“Life can be incredibly busy, and we don’t always make time for ourselves. SPARKLE is about creating that space — to breathe, move, laugh, learn, connect and simply enjoy being with other women.”
The retreat will feature a carefully curated program of wellbeing and creative experiences, with a mix of guided group sessions, nourishing food, connection and opportunities to discover something new.
Guests can expect a day designed to engage the mind, body and spirit, with experiences ranging from movement and mindfulness through to creative and grounding activities.
There will also be a Healing Hub, offering opportunities for guests to explore additional wellbeing experiences and connect with local practitioners.
A Day to Put Yourself First
SPARKLE is deliberately different from a traditional wellness retreat.
There is no pressure to be “perfectly healthy”, no expectation to have everything figured out and no need to arrive knowing anyone.
It is simply a day to come as you are.
Whether you arrive with your best friend, your sister, your mum, a group of colleagues — or completely on your own — SPARKLE is designed to make it easy to connect.
And while wellbeing is at the heart of the day, there is plenty of fun too.
Think beautiful surroundings, delicious food, laughter, creative experiences, meaningful conversations and a room full of women cheering each other on.
Gippsland Women Supporting Gippsland Women
A key part of SPARKLE is its focus on showcasing the incredible women, practitioners, businesses and creatives within Gippsland and surrounding regions.
The event provides a platform for local practitioners and facilitators to share their knowledge and create meaningful experiences for guests, while encouraging women to discover more of what their own region has to offer.
“Gippsland has such an incredible community of women doing amazing things, we have it in our backyard, but not many women know what’s actually there,” says Julia.
“We wanted SPARKLE to be a celebration of that. It’s about bringing those women together and creating a day that feels genuinely special.”
